I hereby authorize BBW Travels Group to publish photographs taken of me at any BBW Travels Event and my name and likeness, for use in the BBW Travels Groups print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other publications. I hereby release and hold harmless BBW Travels Group from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. ​I further acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other BBW Travels  publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

All events will be videotaped and/or photographed. If you do not want to be photographed, you will need to stay out of camera view while photographing or recording. That is your responsibility not ours. Do not jump in group pics, they will be posted.  This liability waiver must be signed either way. 

Failure to follow BBW Travels Rules or directions of staff or security will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. There are NO refunds . I hereby agree that BBW Travels Group is not responsible for any accidents that may occur at any of our events.  I hereby agree that I may not file a lawsuit against BBW Travels Group or any of its employees in the event of accident, or injury.

I here by release BBW Travels, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation. ​

BBW Travels is clearly identified below by name and you, the reader, will be identified as "Guest". Please read:

1. BBW Travels is not liable for any actions or behavior of its guests during travel activities. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner at all times.
2. BBW Travels reserves the right to deny participation to any guest who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior that may pose a risk to themselves, other guests, or the organization.
3. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables. BBW Travels is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4. Guests are responsible for any damages they may cause to property, equipment, or vehicles owned or used by the organization. BBW Travels reserves the right to recover costs for repairs or replacement of damaged items.
5. Guests are expected to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the organization's staff throughout the trip. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the trip without refund.
6. BBW Travels is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur to guests during travel activities. Guests are encouraged to take necessary precautions and follow safety guidelines provided by BBW Travels.
7. Guests are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance coverage for their trip, including medical insurance, trip cancellation insurance, and any other necessary coverage.
8. BBW Travels reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or other aspects of the trip as necessary for the safety and well-being of guests.
9. BBW Travels is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may disrupt or cancel the trip, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other external factors beyond BBW Travels control.
10. By participating in travel activities, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this Liability Policy. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in guests being removed from the trip without refund.
